NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a physical meeting for the Fourteenth (14th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 (𝐓𝐁𝐂𝐌) for year 2025. The AGM will be held at 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐥, 𝐊𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟐𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐚𝐭 𝟗.𝟎𝟎 𝐚.𝐦.

6. To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts for financial year ended 31st December 2024

7. To discuss any other matter(s) receive within seven (7) clear days’ notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary-General
